The t-shirt that Tweets

When it boils down to it, the only real reason people write a status is for people to see it, but CuteCircuit have taken it way beyond the next level by creating the Tshirtos. This t-shirt can display Tweets and Facebook statuses, take pictures on the move to upload to Twitter and Instagram, show or play your favourite songs through a built in headphone jack and basically just overwhelm. The tee is programmable with an ultra-thin LED screen that can display a full range of colours and is described in the press release as “Wearable, shareable, programmable and 100% cotton”. Just in case you were concerned about how comfortable the material may be or you needed something to secure the sale. The t-shirt has only so far been made as a prototype, but CuteCircuit’s Weird Science style promotional video shows all of the features the shirt includes. The shirt is shortly to be tested in London, Mexico City and São Paulo with short films being released in the coming weeks showing how the Tshirtos goes down. We couldn’t even start to rack our brains on how the tee works and we don’t know when it will be released, all we know is that it is pretty cool. You can check the Tshirtos out in action in the video below.
