Soccer Aid 2012 Monday 28th May 2012 | Osh Kasabian's very own Sergio Pizzorno scored a blinder of a goal as he represented the rest of the world at the annual Soccer Aid match, held yesterday evening at Manchester United’s home ground Old Trafford. The annual match which is always England v The Rest of the World is organised by Robbie Williams and Jonathan Wilkes and aims to raise funds for the charity Unicef. Unicef works worldwide to bring aid to countries in turmoil. Both Gordon Ramsay and actor Will Ferrell were injured and carried off as they represented the rest of the world last night. A mixture of English celebrities and ex professional players like Robbie Williams, Mark Owen Marvin Humes went up against the like of Mike Myers, Gerard butler and Michael Sheen. The event has raised £4 Million for UNICEF with money still rolling in. Olly Murs who was disappointed to be taken off before the end of the game said ‘im really happy for the whole team and everyone that took part in Soccer Aid its been really good this year’.
