The Best Looks from The Cannes Film Festival

We're not exactly sure what makes the Cannes Film Festival so much more glamorous and amazing than most of our stateside awards shows, but we have a feeling it has to do with all these celebrities’ wonderful looks. With the IWC Filmmakers Dinner, Chopard's Mystery Party and the premiere of Killing Me Softly all happening overnight, Cannes served as the place to look for inspiration of the glitzy, glamorous kind. British beauties Gemma Arterton and Bonnie Wright were amongst the IWC Filmmakers Dinner attendees, while models Erin Wasson, Anja Rubik and Liu Wen made the Chopard party all the more beautiful. Also out and about: Diane Kruger, Natasha Poly, Irina Shayk, Rita Ora, Kelly Brook, Petra Nemcova… But the V.I.D - Very Important Day - stays definitely the opening ceremony: the 16th May some lovely ladies stood up from the others. From Diane's seafoam-hued gown to Lana's simple, chic black column, as well as Jessica Chastaing in Alexander Mc Queen or Virginie Ledoyen in a strapless teal goddess-like Elie Saab gown, the Cannes Film Festival is the most elegant (and society people) fashion show!
