The Official single for the London 2012 Olympics has been released. Mark Ronson and Katy B have teamed up to make ‘Anywhere in the World’, designed to get you up, dancing and pumped for the games.
Whether this track panders to your personal taste in music or not, you’ve got to give credit for Ronson’s creativity and vision in creating this piece of music. He travelled all over the world, recording athletes practicing and training for their sport, and used the sounds on the track, so you can hear splashes, panting and footsteps all used as music! Online reviews of the track range from “bloody awful” to “over-engineered definitely!” to “Great - two thumbs up!”
