Stressed Out Penguins Have Made A Full Recovery

Penguins have been given anti- depressants after a break in left them stressed, and they are now on the mend.
A trespasser broke into Scarborough’s Sea Life Centre last year and chased the birds.
Staff said the frightened animals needed medication, but now two couples have even produced eggs which are due to hatch this year.
Lyndsey Crawford, displays curator, said: “Penguins only lay eggs when they feel happy enough to do so.”
Penguins are vulnerable to any change of routine, which is why they were distressed by the incident.
