Obama: Kanye Is Talented But A Jackass

The President expressed his preference for Jay- Z over Kanye in a new interview. He made the comment about Kanye years ago after he interrupted Taylor Swift’s awards speech.
He said at a political fundraiser “I like Kanye. He’s a Chicago guy. Smart. Very talented.”
The Atlantic’s David Samuels asked, Jay- Z or Kanye? To which Obama quickly responded Jay-Z.
He has said in the past that Jay- Z’s music is included in his ipod collection, along with Lil Wayne, Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones, amongst others.
