Meat Loaf: I Know Nothing About Music

The famous rocker said that first and foremost, he is an actor and it is the dramatic element of performing songs that appeals to him. According to the singer, he knows “absolutely nothing" about music.
He feels that his impressive and extensive acting career is often forgotten.
He said when people say Meatloaf ‘rocker and actor’ it is wrong. He should be referred to as ‘actor- rocker.’ He has studied acting his whole life and says when it comes to music, all he knows is the ‘dramatic’ and ‘emotional’ side to it.
Meat Loaf’s new album Hell In a Handbasket has a clear message. He said, “I want my songs to connect to raw human emotions and step away from the cynicism of today’s society.”
He wants to go back to humanity and compassion with his record.
