Since the 1950s, Jamaicans have brought the sound of their island directly to British dance floors. The island sound has influenced different genres of music including jungle, garage, grime and hip-hop. In celebration of Jamaica’s 50th year of independence the people that brought you Dub to Dubstep in 2010 and Dub to Jungle last year are back to celebrate in a big way. The party will be making appearances all up and down the UK from the 3rd to 24th February and will feature Channel One Sound System, Congo Natty, Mala and Coki many more are bring you the best in dancehall, jungle, dubstep, and garage.
