Somerset House, London Fashion Week
Monday 26th September 2011 | Osh
Put on your most unique outfit, tip to toe, and get ready to explore a world full of fashion and beauty. From vintage to designer, on Friday 23rd September, Somerset House excited it’s visitors with a variety of prints, jewellery, and statement pieces. As soon as attendees stepped into the venue they were surrounded by a large tent which was jam packed with luxury pieces. From jewellery to belts, and onto scarfs, it was hard for attendees not to splash the cash on some rare and exquisite accessories.
If the designers in the tent did not excite shoppers, the ongoing photo shoots that went on in side the venue was sure to make our fashionstas stand up straight! Within the downstairs of Somerset House, guests were able to have their CoverGirl moment. Guests were able to have their picture taken and layered onto a magazine cover as a treat from the sponsor (Diet Coke). And if you ever felt thirsty? No problem, free diet coke was also being handed out to everyone! Winner winner!!!
However, if the beauty factor held the key to your outfit, then attendees could pay for vintage hair style and make-overs! Now, Voyager provided hair tutorials for guests, and make-overs for only £20! So to add a 1940s twist to your outfit, or just to buy some kooky hair accessories (including guns and cake pieces!), check out their website here:
