Jay Z Begins Work On Blueprint 3 Follow Up
RnB/Hip Hop | Thursday 1st September 2011 | Osh
New solo album is already in the works
According to producer No I.D. Jay Z has begun his follow up to 2009’s Blueprint 3 following his collaborative effort Watch The Throne with Kanye West.
Talking to Billboard.com No I.D. said “He played me a couple of things. I gave him some music while we were at the Watch The Throne sessions. But with Jay, you never know what he’s really doing, thinking, planning until it’s really done. I’m sure he’ll make a decision one day to make an album very quickly, like he usually does.”
The producer wants to get on board with the making of the record, adding “He’s one of the best, period. I think he’s at a place where he has visions of what he wants to do, and it’s not really dependent on any of us. It’s dependent on his vision and he’s going to do it, hopefully I’ll be involved.”
TGN can’t wait to hear his new material and we will be reporting any developments here at guestlist.net
