Utilising the GPS tracking of his running progress through the city streets, Portsmouth man Ben Chudley covered 15 miles (24 km) in order to pop the question in this very sweet and novel manner.
Posting his progress on Facebook he eagerly returned home with flowers and a ring to hear his girlfriend, Olivia Abdul’s response.
The idea stems from previous times when he has drawn animals and cartoon characters in the same manner.
He admitted it would’ve been rather embarrassing had she said no. Fortunately luck was on his side for his ingenious plan!
