Event Preview: High Rise

London streetwear brand Boxfresh presents High Rise, a trinity of rooftop parties taking place across London on the same day – September 6. The parties pay homage to Boxfresh on their 25th birthday, which they are celebrating in a series of 25 events. High Rise homes in on urban culture in a way that no other London parties are currently doing, exhibiting London in all its glory from three of its most celebrated views – Dalston Roof Park, Netil360 Roof Top and Rockwell House.
Each of the three venues will host a completely different style of party, with the lineup, setting and crowd varying from venue to venue. Dalston Roof Park will play host to glitch hop superstar and Essex man Lapalux, glitch house proponent Starslinger and rising star of house music, Golden Boy.
Rockwell House will be the epicentre of a scorching hot house lineup including house titans Waze & Odyssey, upstart Henry Wu and experimental beat-weaver Pedestrian. Deep house duo Nick Sabin and Charles Green will also be on deck duty.
Netil360 Roof Top sees a more ambient and atmospheric lineup grace its stage, with UK duo Alpines bringing an acoustic set to the event, along with cutting edge genre-bender Mumdance and Grime MC and producer Novelist dropping dance beats.
The High Rise parties, as just one of Boxfresh’s latest events, which have ranged from workshops and in-store live music events to exhibitions, radio takeovers and club nights, will join London’s club scene and Boxfresh history in a birthday bash not to miss this September.
