Charles Smith was born in San Francisco, CA, USA. He is an ice cream artist able to concoct world class flavors of its pies, cakes, shakes and smoothies. He began his work in the food and service business at a young age. The years of perfecting the correct taste that was built years ago and the proper design that sets him apart from other designers is a requisite skill that he is most proud of.
