Moondance Festival - THE way to wrap festival season!

Drum and Bass | Monday 19th September 2016 | Annalisa

What a weekend! Sometimes if you get out of bed on Sunday magical things happen and this Sunday lead to Moondance festival at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

After one hell of a walk from the car park and station you hit the dance and it was massive. From taking your first steps in, there were proper vibes. Arriving to a little sunshine, it was warming up for a day of music to blow you away. A proper old school affair.

It was Sunday so of course The Roast tent was popping off! Bere vibes from Randall back to back with Dinllinja, Kenny Ken and Bryan G and Jack Frost mashed up the last hour with support for the Ragga Twins.

Shut up and Dance, Freestylers closed out the mainstage with the live vibes and got the already hyped crowd jumping, Navigator joined them on the mic adding his energy to roll it out.

Promised Land was the spot for the old school house classics. You couldn't pass through for 10 minutes without hearing a tune you love.

This was an amazing day of pure jungle drum and bass as it should be.  Every tent was a homage to UK talent and the place was ram jam. One of the greatest events in recent history to celebrate the UK rave scene. All the heads, all the names, all the real cats. Big vibes!
