Tramlines Festival reveals final line-up

The line-up for the Sheffield festival taking place 24th – 26th July has been completed and it is mammoth. ‘Buffalo Stance’ singer Neneh Cherry, prog-rock legends Anathema, We Are The Ocean, godfather of d&b Roni Size, London collective Horse Meat Disco, Camo & Krooked, DJ Q, Monki, Loadstar, and Tom Demac are amongst the new additions to the bill.
Tramlines has become on the UK’s biggest inner-city festival, and it continues to bring an eclectic line-up to the people of Sheffield – this year’s acts include The Charlatans, Basement Jaxx, Wu Tang Clan, Billy Bragg, Buzzcocks, Martha Reeves, Sugarhill Gang. The festival will open on the Thursday night at the iconic Leadmill with a pre-party from Ninja Tuna founder Mr Scruff, who’ll bring his eclectic bigbeat sounds to the dancefloor.
Festival Director Sarah Nulty said: “Each year we aim to top the line-up of the year before and I think we’ve done it - the blend of established acts versus upcoming talent plus local versus international is huge! Not to mention the fact there's something on offer to appeal to all manner of music fans at Tramlines, from rock to jazz and electronic to indie.”
