Beyonce to headline V Festival

Fans that missed the chance to catch Beyonce on tour can now catch the Crazy In Love singer at V Festival.
It has been announced that Beyonce, who also headlined at Glastonbury 2011, will be headlining V Festival 2013 taking place in Essex and Staffordshire in August.
It was also announced that Kings Of Leon will be headlining alongside beyonce at V.
Beyonce's live performance at V is great news for thousands of her fans who were unable to purchase tickets for her Mrs Carter tour this year.
The Mrs Carter world tour tickets went on sale last Saturday, selling out in just ten minutes. Many tickets were then appearing on eBay for thousands of pounds.
The fans who were unable to purchase tickets blamed 02 for giving out priority to their customers beforfe the general sale, others blamed the ticketmaster, where the tour tickets were being sold.
Other acts confirmed to perform at V so far include Emile Sande, Rita Ora, Jessie J, The Script, Laura Mvula, Gabrielle Aplin, James Arthur, The Vaccines, Two Door Cinema Club, Olly Murs, Deacon Blue, Travis, Fun, Paloma Faith, Beady Eye, Stereophonics, Ellie Goulding, Jessie Ware, Of Monsters And Men, Rudimental, Kendrick Lamar, Ocean Colour Scene, The Fratellis, Maximo Park, Jason Mraz, The Courteeners, Basement Jaxx and Calvin Harris.
V tickets go on sale Friday 1 March, 9am. Fans can catch Beyonce on stage August 17 and 18.
