In 2012, Fred Perry celebrated 60 years as an icon of fashion; a brand with a unique place in the British style firmament and one that is instantly recognised around the globe. It has enjoyed an unparalled relationship with British subcultures over the last 6 decades and continues to trail-blaze the up-and-coming. To that end, the Fred Perry Sub-Sonic Live series continues at The Garage this March, presenting a selection of artists and DJs that are pushing things forward, here and now.
This show is part of the Fred Perry’s Sub-Sonic Live series. Sub-Sonic Live has been an integral part of Fred Perry’s Subculture website reporting on the best of emerging international talent, and is the live manifestation of the concept. The bi-monthly event showcases emerging international talent across 2 stages. Recent artists who have appeared as part of Sub-Sonic Live include; The Horrors, Afrika Bambaattaa, The Charlatans, Factory Floor, Tom Vek Andrew Weatherall and Greg Wilson.
