It’s only two weeks until the London Drum Show, so keep Saturday 13th – Sunday 14th October free! And while you’re at it, why not try and grab yourself a brand new set of SoundEar Monitors?
It’s one of the biggest events going for drummers, and the weekend of the 13th-14th October will see the mental musicians descend on London for the annual London Drum Show at the Olympia Conference Centre, which sold out last year. There are some fantastic, talented drummers involved, with main stage artists including Aaron Spears (Usher), Will Calhoun (Living Colour), Virgil Donati (Allan Holdsworth, Planet X), Horacio ‘El Negro’ Hernandez (Michel Camilo), Derek Roddy (Serpents Rise), Josh Devine (One Direction) and many more, as well as 2012 Young Drummer of the Year, Calum Blair.
The event also sees the Mike Dolbear Masterclass Suite returning, with lessons from Ralph Salmins (Van Morrison) and Andy Gangadeen (Chase and Status), plus loads of others. The Opening Ceremony Drummers from our very own London Olympics will also be there to talk about their experiences. Alongside these world-class performances, drum brands from across the globe will be showcasing their latest gear, with exhibits and merchandise from Zildjan, Sabian, Pearl, Mapex, Natal, Vic Firth, Roland, Paiste, Premier, Tama, and many more.
