3 Things not to do in Paris
Wednesday 3rd October 2012 | Shavy
Paris is fashionable, confident and inspiring city. But while travelling around Paris, you might not be able to achieve the high expectations. Yes, it’s true that Paris occasionally disappoints.
1. Do not order dishes from tourist menu: In Paris, you might be fascinated by the mid-price or fancy restaurants, but make sure what you choose to eat. Beware of "tourist menus," since those will often skimp on the portions or offer up blander choices.
2. Do not drive: Driving in Paris is not advisable. Parking spaces are limited, traffic is dense, and erratic driving is common. So driving is both dangerous and aggravating.
3. Do not speak in any other language: Learn few common French words which will help you to interact with French people. It is not that they will harm you if you speak in English but they can be more helpful and there is no harm in impressing them a bit.
Have a safe trip!
