Umi hotels have arrived

Umi Hotels, situated in London, Brighton and Moscow, recently celebrated five years of customer service in May 2012. Though, the service is far from that of other hotel chains.
When developing the plan for a new hotel, Umi wanted to create something young and fresh, something that had class and would bring in new customers. To achieve this, they decided to work with a young branding company which inevitably meant the process had young people at the heart of the development.
Now that the hotels have launched, their pride comes from employees’ ability to give a warm and friendly welcome and loads of advice on the surrounding areas.
This focus seems to have paid off though, as they’ve had numerous mentions in the press since they first launched, and now, with the release of an app earlier in September, they are at the forefront of technological hospitality. The app is ultimately an extension of the hotels websites, where users can book a room, download travel information and research the local area.
The hotels are all situated in the hub of cities. London sees Hyde Park right around the corner, Brighton looks out onto Brighton Pier and the beach and Moscow, is located on the fashionable Petrovka Street right in the heart of the city.
The hotels all have the standard facilities available to customers, such as internet access and a 24 hour front desk. However, with the added bonus of excellent customer service, why go anywhere else?
