Festival: V Fest

The festival with a mainstream reputation but one hell of a 2012 lineup is back.
V fest is back for yet another great year. Split into two halves, artists take to stages in Stafford, and Chelmsford Essex to give us the very best of what they have to offer.
Last year saw the likes of Eminem and the Arctic Monkeys take to the stage, and DJ sets from the massive of Mark Ronson. This years line-up doesn't disappoint.
With performances from the likes of Noel Gallagher and The Stone Roses the festival is not to be missed. Not quite as big as its rivals such as Glastonbury and Leeds/Reading it’s a chance to see all your favourite artists without having to walk hours from one stage to the next. The festival has a mainstream reputation, there’s always someone playing throughout the two days that will interest you.
I’ve been to V festival twice, there’s always such a great vibe, the weekend has never disappointed. Make sure you arrive early to secure a prime camping spot and you can expect a walk of no more than 10 minutes to the arena each day.
