Bloc Weekend is coming to the East End!
One of the UK's biggest electronic dance music festivals is hitting London on the 6th and 7th of July. Bloc is a festival which was originally in Butlins, now it's in the heart of the East End of London in what is known as the London Pleasure Gardens. The venue is immense, it's a disused warehouse directly opposite from the Excel Centre. The venue is easily accessible by DLR to Pontoon Dock which is on the Woolich Arsenal line. So, apart from one of the best venues imaginable in London they have on the bill some of the best talent in the electronic dance music scene. This festival is for the hipsters of dance music, for those who truly love non commercial partly underground electronic dance music! Some of the acts on the line up are; Orbital, Loefah, Oneman and Object. If you still haven't been sold then Snoop Dogg on the Friday will definitely tickle your earbuds.
