On Saturday 11th October, Detroit techno legends Derrick May and Kenny Larkin will be headlining Saturday Sessions at Ministry of Sound.
Derrick originally made a name for himself in Detroit’s after-hours club scene before exporting his inspirational analogue electronic sound to the UK, Europe and beyond during the acid house explosion including the classic techno tracks ‘Nude Photo’, ‘The Dance’ and ‘Strings Of Life’. Meanwhile, Kenny Larkin made a huge name for himself, when he was signed to Richie Hawtin’s Plus 8 label, Warp, R&S and Peacefrog. Support comes from relative newcomers Maribou State and Kry Wolf in The Box.
The event runs from 11pm – 7am at Ministry of Sound – 103 Gaunt Street, London. The nearest tube station is Elephant and Castle.
