Tramlines is the cheapest place to get wasted at this summer!

Other | Wednesday 12th July 2017 | Rose

With 73 acts present at Tramlines this year including big national names and local artists Sheffield is sure to have something for everyone on the weekend of the 21st-23rd July. This city based festival is back and ready to pop off!

Headlining at this year's festival are the Libertines, All Saints, Primal Scream, Kano and Metronomy. Joining the headliners are the funky Hot 8 Brass Band who will hopefully smash out their brass rendition of Marvin Gaye's ‘Sexual Healing’. And since their 2016 come back it’s the band you can’t help but get excited for - All Saints will be resurrecting their 90s pop brilliance on the Tramlines stage.

Politically conscious and creative rapper Akala will also be performing, adding even more variety to this already vibrant and dynamic festival.

For each day there is an extensive choice of after parties and club nights to continue the festival partying into the early hours; with DJs and dance artists such as DJ Q, Flava D and Cause & Affect, to just name a few.

The best thing about this festival is its affordability - now on its final tier but still less than £50 for the weekend. Of course - pair this with the attractive drinks prices further north and you have no excuse not to go!

Tickets are available here.
