Percolate take over never used before space for their 1st ever outdoor party!

House | Monday 29th May 2017 | Nicky

A cheeky little grin adorned our faces when we heard that Percolate were going to have their 1st very own outdoor party in our backyard (East London).

Anyone who has been to one of these carefully curated events would agree that Percolate delivers quality and substance through their forward thinking line ups and a no-nonsense production with quality acoustics.

Drawing in experiences from touring the brand over Europe and adopting the European culture of outdoor events, Percolate take over a never before used venue in the heart of East London, to host the mother of all open air parties this coming July.

Lets be honest here, this is not a music Festival, it is a truly stripped back affair with a focus on end-to-end quality, and it starts and ends with the all-around experience: high-end sound, a beautiful industrial backdrop, efficient queuing system, quality food and drink selection, and it wouldn’t be a Percolate event without the very best selection of underground sounds.

The Percolate ethos has music as its beating heart and handpicked to take over the two stages will be Pampa Records owner DJ Koze, Hotflush head honcho Scuba, and special back-to-back set that’s being kept under wraps for now. The heavy-hitting bill will also see sets from  Sonja Moonear, Objekt, Moxie and Saoirse plus Percolate residents Krywald & Farrer.

The venue was founded in the 12th century, Three Mills Island is amongst the earliest and largest tidal mills in the world.! Once used to grind corn for gin production, the island is partitioned from the mainland by the River Lea and Prescotte Channel, creating an exclusive and detached feel to the festival site, whilst also benefitting from excellent transport links on the District, Central, Overground and Hammersmith & City lines via Stratford and Bromley By Bow stations.
