Digitaline are breaking through

Digitaline are the Swiss duo slowly emerging into the public consciousness of the dance music world through their well-chosen selections in the realms of ethnic-inspired house and harder tech house. As producers, they are best known for their 2011 hit ‘Africa’, a track released on Cadenza which helped define the label’s sound just as much as label classics by Michel Cleis or Uner. Laurent Bovey and Gregorythme formed the duo in 2001; it now stands as the solo project of Laurent Bovey. The sophisticated electronic music he continues to produce has echoes of jazz, psychedelic rock and Berlin techno – constantly fresh, Digitaline’s output can only get bigger.
