An Interview with DJ Coxswain and Jane Fox
Guestlist caught up with dynamic duo, DJ Coxswain and Jane Fox all the way from Ibiza.
What's the story behind the name Coxswain & Jane Fox?
We met 4 years ago and since the first moment we felt a special energy around us. We wanted to grow as a team, creating the duo “Coxswain & Jane Fox” was so important for us, we realised our shared passion for music was going to keep us together for the rest of our lives.
The duo started pretty much at the same time as we started dating as a couple, so it was all coming together. We enjoy working together in music everyday, all we can say is thank you for the opportunity we have had to live out of our music dream.
If you were stuck with one person on a desert island who would it be and why?
With this one, I think both agree we would like to stay together. We complement each other, and I’m sure we would find a way to sort the situation out and enjoy our time there, I would say we would appreciate it so much if we had a computer there on the island, so we could produce some music! (If that’s possible)
If you could have created one song what would it be?
Well, we create music everyday, so anyone of the songs we make would be alright. We’re actually very happy with our last single “It’s Gonna Be Alright"
Where is your favorite place to play your tracks?
SPACE IBIZA, I’m clear on that, it has been home to us for many years, in our personal opinion it is the number one club in the WORLD. There is always such a special energy at every event there .

Music is the answer, working hard in the studio is a challenge for us because we try to give it our very best everyday, this is to make our sound better and better.
