Following on from the sell out success of the launch party, Sankeys Warehouse have announced their return to Manchester at the Iconic Victoria Warehouse for their 2nd instalment on New Year's Day 2016.
With a launch line-up that included a world exclusive back to back set from house music legends Basement Jaxx and Armand van Helden, Sankeys Warehouse have pulled out all the stops once more to being you a mega New Year's Day party headlined by none other than dance music king Fatboy Slim.
Having played to millions of people around the world, at vast parties of his own on Brighton beach, in Brazil and during the 2012 London Olympics Opening Ceremony, there really is no one quite like Fatboy Slim. As well as being a DJ with an unrivalled understanding of dance, he has also turned out countless crossover hits, from ‘Eat Sleep Rave Repeat’ to ‘Praise You’ to ‘Rockerfella Skank’, and is a one man dance music tastemaker.
Ibiza heavyweights Tube & Berger also join the line-up for the mega party. As one of the highest selling acts on Beatport in 2014 and 2015, the German duo are one of the hottest acts in the world. Defected Records resident Franky Rizardo brings his ‘Snappy House’ sounds to the show; after playing The Redlight Closing party in Ibiza it was only right to bring him to Manchester to kick start the new year. Sankeys Ibiza 2015 Award winners Matt Jam Lamont and Sam Holt round up phase 1 of the line up announcement.
Many more acts will be announced in Phase 2 of the line up, so keep it locked. Early bird tickets are now on sale, grab them here.
