Remember that uncontrollable thrill when the circus came to town, as you “oohed” and “ahhed” at the trapeze artists, wild beast tamers and perhaps slightly creepy clowns, with enough candy floss to feed the entire stadium three fold? Skip ahead a few years and swap that candy floss for a cold beer, and this time you’ll be “oohing” and “ahhing” at the sparkly line-up of this weekend’s Cirque du Soul show at Studio 338 in Greenwich.
None other than Rob da Bank will be standing in the luminous spotlights, joined at the decks by MBE-awarded Norman Jay. Throughout this weird and wonderful night you’ll also be graced with the beats of Harry Wolfman, Weaver Bros, Killin' It Arch b2b Patboy Slim, Luke Wolfman, Mylo Harvey, Charlie LBC, Jonny Tawn and Dr Cool Face. Expect the unexpected, with Cirque du Soul promising a night full of madness and colour. Spring is here, and what better way to start off your bank holiday weekend than at the circus.
Hop over to their Facebook page for more details, and don't sleep on tickets!
