On the June 20 Mixmag celebrates its 30th birthday at the village underground in Shoreditch. When most people reach their 30th year in the game they have probably reached their peak and would probably start to think about not going out so much, and many would not even consider trying to throw a massive party. Not Mixmag though, after 30 years still going strong they have continually rejuvenated themselves and kept up with the ever-changing electronic dance music scene. And who else to celebrate 30 years in dance music than Fatboy slim? Having played pretty much every major festival in the dance music world to DJing in front of the entire world at the Olympics opening ceremony, Norman Cook aka Fatboy slim knows how to have a party.

Rather than playing to a couple hundred thousand people, instead Village Underground opens its more intimate doors to Fatboy slim who is supported on the night by Raf Daddy of the 2 Bears, Louie Fresco and Maribou State.

Underneath the brick arches of Village Underground expect to hear sets that should reflect what the whether should be like in the summer.

Tickets start at £15.00 and go up to £20.00
