Breakin Convention is a three day festival featuring pioneering hip hop dance theatre artists from around the world, with some of the planet's best poppers, lockers, house dancers, B-boys and B-girls descending on Sadler's Wells for a long weekend of live performances. The festival also features DJ demonstrations, workshops, film screenings and freestyle sessions in the Sadler's Wells foyer.
To celebrate 10 years in the game, Breakin’ Convention are proud to announce our first ever Park Jam! That’s right we’re taking it back to the roots of hip hop with a FREE outdoor party suitable for all the family. Just 5 minutes walk from Sadler’s Wells Theatre, Spa Fields Park will play host to one of the Bank Holiday’s hottest hip hop events.
From its first year back in 2004, Breakin Convention was a sell out success and it has been going from strength to strength ever since. Attracting the most inspiring individuals in the hip hop dance scene, not just from London but from around the world, if you're into hip hop and love dancing this is one event you really shouldn't miss tickets for.
