The US collective have revealed initial details of a 13 date global tour kicking off in March
That’s right, the collective of Seth Troxler, Lee Curtiss, Shaun Reeves and Ryan Crosson will play live and DJ at a series of 13 locations across the globe. The aim that the boys have stated is that the project will be to use ‘innovative production concepts and cutting edge technology’ to create the most unique clubbing experience for those lucky enough to get along and see them.
The project is inspired by the recent passing of the Maya Long Count calendar which was prophecised by some as the end of the world, and seen by others as a new beginning. Curtiss says, ‘Visionquest Thirteen is a chance for the boys and I to go back to what we do best: playing and hanging out together the way we used to and coming up with new ideas...The twist on doing these 13 special events is that we will be pushing the level of production and music up further than we had originally imagined.’
Kicking off in London on 30th March at Fabric, they will then hit Timewarp on 6th April followed by the Warehouse Project in Manchester on 27th April. Full details of the remaining shows are yet to emerge but will take place in Chicago, Ibiza, Amsterdam, Paris, New York, Turin, Buenos Aires, Chile, and ‘somewhere in the American wilderness.’ All will be announced during WMC on 22nd March and stand by for further details because they will be revealed today at 4pm in a live interview which you can stream here:
