Introducing Hjärta

047 are a Swedish duo in a classic ElectroPop style. Formed in Jörlanda, Göteborg, SE in 2001 by Sebastian Rutgersson, Peter Engström and Niklas Ström. At that time, they made a chiptune x-mas album. In 2006, 047 released their first album via their record label Killing Music. At the same year Niklas left the band, and they had to press pause on their career, announce a three-year break. In 2009 Sebastian and Peter decided to restart the band, and on Christmas eve they released the "General Error EP".
How did you become Hjärta?
After that 047 started working on our new album Elva, that we released in 2011. On that album we had three featured artists (Gustaf Spetz, Lisa Pedersen & Tomas Halberstad). We've really enjoyed working with singers, so we decided to continue the collaboration with Tomas, and we became Hjärta.
We've been working on this project since last year. The song "Snälla, Håll Käft" is our first single.
What are your plans for the future?
We are currently working on our new album, and hopefully we'll release it next year. We are still working with Anders from the record label Killing Music.
As a Hjärta we are trying to write music that is a lot more straightforward lyrically.
