Ok so here it is, the latest celebrity news. Miley Cyrus gets a haircut. Wow and today a cure for cancer was found, if only, but lord who gives a shit. Well the answer to that is many of you, so here I am a slave to celebrity culture even if it does at times leave a sour taste ones mouth.
The famed long haired brunette songstress has looped all her locks of opting for a much shorter platinum blonde pixie cut by famed Hollywood hairdresser Chris McMillian, the famed creator of the Jennifer Aniston’s “Rachel” cut during her Friends days.
It didn’t take long, as it to be expect in the twittersphere for fans to begin their whining with Miley strongly defending her decision to chop the blonde bun writing 'if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye :)'
She says of her new look "never felt more me in my whole life. LOVE my hair, feel so happy, pretty, and free." And as she is due to be Mrs Hemsworth I’m sure this new look will suit her now new...um grown up status. If only it took a single haircut to achieve this!
Setting a trend for the teenyboppers out there Miss Cyrus is following in the steps of other celebrities such as Carey Mulligan, Natalie Portman and of course the original pixie cut queen Audrey Hepburn.
