July Festival Preview: Soundwave

Set across the aesthetically stunning surroundings of Tisno, a picturesque town that part straddles the Croatian mainland and the Island of Murter, the eclectic offerings of Soundwave Festival are set to defy expectations yet again with five days in the glorious sunshine now on offer instead of the previous three. For those unaware this is an experience arguably like no other.
With beach parties, boat parties and a private beach thrown into the mix, this years musical line-up includes legendary Old Skool Hip-Hop Cats De La Soul, the souful tones of Fink, the deeply cinematic Hidden Orchestra, Mercury-Nominated UK Rapper Ghostpoet, the sublime Submotion Orchestra all performing on the main stage arena to provide the entertainment.
With a huge list of DJ’s set to bring the noise on the more intimate stages a variety of festival packages are available from the official site priced at £79 upwards. If we really needed another reason to visit Croatia.
