Broken & Uneven Queens Jubilee Weekend

Broken & Uneven will be taking full advantage of an extended Bank Holiday for The Queen’s Jubilee in June by hosting 3 independent parties that aim to keep you thoroughly entertained and stimulated for the duration.
Kick‐starting the weekend Broken & Uneven will be hosting the official Dimensions Festival Launch party on Friday 1st June at a secret London venue. Eglo records host the main room with Floating Points, Rinse FM’s Alexander Nut and Funkineven’s providing music ranging from from Hip-Hop to Acid Funk. One of Dubstep’s true originators, Mala will be making a special and rare appearance providing his well-renowned attention to low-end vibrations and base driven sound. Room Two sees Beat dimensions put forward-thinking Bass/D&B shoulder to shoulder with no holds barred House/Techno with Synkro, Indigo Echer and Youandewan representing.
Saturday 2nd June will see one of Field Day’s After Party’s at XOYO. A 50 Weapons special to release Phono.o’s new album will see himself Live with support from Live, Dark Sky, Anstam and a very special surprise guest DJ set!. The surprise guest will not be revealed until the end of the night of the party but rest assured that they will be perfectly suited for fans of this label and night.
The final party of the trio on Monday 4th June will be London’s premier Hip-Hop night Livin’ Proof at a venue in East London TBA. With an artist selection that has allowed them to pay homage to the past but also help them shed light on a new wave of Hip-Hop acts, they have built a 4-year stint of parties with a great reputation. This show is no different and invites Warp’s boy wonder Hudson Mowhwake with his original blend of Hip-Hop and electronic music. Livin’ Proof residents Rags, Khalil, Snips and Budgie will be setting the pace on the night with sounds of past and present Hip-Hop.
