Copacabana Club @ Hoxton Bar & Kitchen

With their new album Tropical Splash out, it was time for Copacabana Club to tour the world. This Brazilian band made London one of their stops. We went to see them at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen.
But let’s go to the performance itself. Charismatic leadsinger, with tiny shorts on, jumps on stage and dance with so much joy, it makes you smile. The drummer drums the soul out of her body. The boys on the other hand, the guitarist and the bass player, are as cool and relaxed as ever. They look like they enjoy making music and enjoy being on stage.
Copacabana Club brings upbeat, poprock indiemusic which you have to bounce your head to. Not only that. Some of their songs makes you want to shake with everything you’ve got.
So if you’re ever feeling down then maybe a concert of Copacabana Club will cheer you up. And if they are ever in town make sure to check them out. You will not regret it!
However, to see them on the Tropical Splash tour you need to hurry up.
