Valentines link up - linked up!

On friday night I went down to Brixton Jamm with the Guestlist crew for some jungle beats and heavy bass - courtesy of the Valentines link up. We weren't disappointed. The link up was a collaboration between Run Tingz Crew (Bristol's G Tactix and LXP), Knowledge and Wisdom (Terry T) and High Culture (Dope Ammo and Benny Page).
The line up was enough to melt even the most hardened junglists out there, with sets from the label owners themselves complimented by huge headliners Serial Killaz and Kenny Ken. We were even treated to a cameo from the legendary Junior Dangerous. The system didn't get a breather all night long, with set after set of wild beats flowing together with some of the scene's most talented vocalists.
As per usual, Guestlist got the exclusive link up with interviews with the artists soon to come. The only way to describe the action in room 1 was heaving. The place was rammed out from very early on which only added to the energy coming from the stage.
Expect to see more flyers from these guys in the future, especially the Bristol-based Run Tingz who are looking to expand into the capital. I for one, can't wait. From one junglist to another, the next time they put on an event, make sure you're there. If you missed it - you missed out.
