We Are Scientists to Perform at Aloft London Excel

The New York rock duo look set to perform for the last time in the UK until May 2013.
The band gained mainstream notoriety following the success of their second studio album Brain Thrust Mastery released back in 2008 which charted at 11 in the UK album charts and have since gone on to release two more albums, the latest Barbara in 2010.
Aloft hotels launched their ‘Play and Stay at Aloft’ scheme earlier this year in a hunt to find the most talented unsigned band in the world in collaboration with We are Scientists. Bands from around the world submitted demos for the opportunity to write, record and perform at the event which will be headlined by the American duo with an up close and intimate acoustic set, the last time the band will perform in the UK for over 6 months.
