Epimetheus // Jazz Electronica Improvision Duo // Free Entry

What happens when you add Jazz Master Elvin Jones to a MPC Drum Machine, divide the result by Flying lotus and then multiply it all by Keith Jarrett? This best describes Epimetheus experimental duo whose main purpose is to improvise and Truly give themselves to the moment. Creating grooves and melodies inspired by some of the Jazz/electronica greats. This heavy intense sounding duo is an experience not to be missed!

We also have Slow Fire London with the kitchen with smoked meat dishes and vegan options.

About Epimetheus
Duo Featuring Jamie Murray on drums, percussion and electronics and Charlie Stacey on piano, synthesizers and programming. Both Jamie and Charlie are members of the Knoel Scott Quartet / KSQ who is an original member of the (Sunra Arkestra)

About Jamie Murray
Jamie began studying drums at age 11. He moved to London in 2007 and has since then, quickly gained recognition as one of the great up and coming drummers on the scene today. With a solid groove style yet an open minded approach to free experimentation he's toured and recorded with many artists. As well as playing with lots of different artists, Jamies conceptual approach can be heard through his creating and writing for his own projects in the Electronic - Jazz scene. He is one of the most forward thinking drummers on the scene today.

Charlie Stacey
Charlies is one of the most forward-thinking keyboardists and producers on the London scene, with a musical style that reaches for authentic expression of the spirit of present and future times, while not afraid to show its origins in Sun Ra, Arca, Cecil Taylor, Thundercat, Sonic Youth.

About Grow, Hackney
