These days clubbing just keeps innovating and getting crazier, and next summer the world will see its first floating dancefloor courtesy of The Yacht Week.

The Yacht Week have been throwing one of the most unique events, already boasting the world’s only floating DJ booth as part of it’s popular 7-day Croatian sailing festival on the sea. Joining the floating DJ booth, named 'Buzz', in 2022 will be the world’s first floating dancefloor. A 60 square metre space made from high strength PEHD plastic with a hardwood flooring deck, with space for 80 ravers.

The floating dancefloor joins the highlights for The Yacht Week’s 2022 edition. Combined with their floating DJ booth kitted with a VOID Acoustic soundsystem the 7 day rave up on the Adriatic Sea will deliver a completely new and unique experience. Giving the sets Claptone, Mark Knight and Gorgon City an extra element of magic.

The Yacht Week co-founder, Johan Kuylenstierna, explained, "We’ve been putting on epic parties as part of The Yacht Week experience for a long time but we’re always looking to innovate and push things to the next level. First, we created the ‘Buzz' and we could see how much our guests loved real DJ sets out at sea, but they could never really come together and dance like they could at a club. The floating dancefloor has changed all that. There's no party like this one anywhere in the world, so we’re looking forward to some incredible moments next summer."

The Yacht Week takes place next summer, full details on their website.
