Tyrone lands on The North Quarter with the impressive 'Hurt Index' EP.

The North Quarter welcomes Tyrone for his first outing on the label. The Newcastle producer has made an impact with the killer 'Hurt Index' EP. Clocking up to 6 tracks, it’s been a labour of love for the artist after writing the works over two years. The end result is a collection of tracks balancing between his beloved signature sound and the sensational styles of The North Quarter.

Served up on the EP is a juicy selection of tracks with flavours The North Quarter has come to dominate. Experimental shakes and wobbles open the project with 'Belk', warming you up for what will be a sweet ride of underground sonics. Sharp edged liquid funk are in full display on 'City Lights' and 'Misconceptions'. Tyrone’s head turns to murky dancefloor stompers as 'Come Closer' and 'Calm Down, Sharon' come in hard, whilst he takes his foot off the pedal slightly for another dancefloor banger; 'Untitled Matrix'

Over the last few years, Tyrone has gone from strength to strength. He’s been turning all the right heads for all the right reasons following huge EPs on the highly respected imprints range Metalheadz, Carbon and Guidance. His latest appearance on The North Quarter is just the latest in this drum & bass prodigy ever growing story.
