Critical Music makes moves to help charities in the local communities where they host events.

The economic situation in the UK in recent years has seen a huge increase in the usage of food banks. This huge increase in their usage means some have a hard time supplying to their communities who desperately need the help. Critical Music have decided to supprt this vital cause, starting at their upcoming show at Lakota, Bristol.

In a post/video shared on social media Kasra explains the label has been “thinking of ways to help charitable organisations in the towns and cities where we hold Critical Sound events”. They continue “We’ve decided a great way to help is to support local food banks.”

They’ll be starting this off in Bristol where they’ve asked attendees to bring one item that is particularly needed to donate to The Trussell Trust food banks. They’ll have collection bins outside the venue where people can drop off the items, and Critical themselves will make a substantial contribution.

Massive respect to the Critical family for doing this. It’s a great way to help those in our society who need it, everyone take note. No one should go without.
