London's biggest parties this January

Clubs in London are welcoming in the new decade with some massive events this January. Lenzman and his North Quarter have a sick residency from this Friday at Phonox throughout the month, Camelphat are hosting an insane two-part knees up, Superstition welcome back the legendary Chris Leibing and loads more. We've ran down our top picks to get you to the right place at the right time.  

The North Quarter Residency

Lenzman builds on his two sold out label showcases at Phonox across this January with a special Friday night residency at the Brixton venue. Over the month he’ll welcome in special guests to join him in the booth, before closing out the final event on 31st January.

Faster

London’s d&b monthly is back with its first event in 2020. Returning to their home at The Steelyard, they’ve sorted a stacked line up including an unannounced special guest to help beat those winter blues.

Tales From The Dancefloor

One of the sophisticated and emotive producers around, Guy J will be playing all night long. The special extended set will give the acclaimed producer plenty of time to dig deep into his record collection and perform a hair raising set that’ll be for the books.

Exit Records

One of drum & bass’ most forwarding thinking labels will be throwing a huge party this January. A selection of the label’s artists will be on hand to throw down the best in contemporary drum & bass from cold bass driven rollers, to high octane liquid.

Superstition

The renowned techno heads of Superstition fire into 2020 with a blisting event featuring an extended set from the heavyweight Chris Liebing. The Frankfurt-based selector will be joined Parisian producer Antigone, Mute Records founder Daniel Miller and CSGRV from their resident roaster.

Camelphat

Following from their huge performance at the O2 Brixton Academy last year, Camelphat are turning back to their underground roots for a special two-part performance. Taking over two iconic venues, the much-loved duo will perform two very special 4 hour sets in intimate surroundings.

Souped Up

Serum and his Souped Up Records are going to be getting right rowdy later on this January with one of the biggest drum & bass parties of the year so far. Taking place at Studio 338, they brought a seriously tasty line up including huge sets from Logan D & Evil B, Current Value and of course the main man himself Serum, with Inja on the mic.

A Celebration of House with Bob Sinclar & Kid Crème

Following from his incredible debut at the Kings Cross venue back in October 2019, the legendary Bob Sinclar returns to Egg this January. This time he’ll be joined by another notable name from the 90s, Kid Crème. Together they’ll play all night in the middle floor.
