Pukka up new years party

Our team at Guestlist Network were extremely excited to party with the Pukka Up crew and see what they had in-store for us in 2013 and whether their boat party package would live up to our expectations as it has always been...
Not only had Pukka Up officially begun their 2013 season in chic style but a great finale to 2012 with an out-of-the-world boat party. So, we made our way to the pier in time for the 8pm departure and jumped onboard with Londoners all equally as excited as us to get out to the Thames and celebrate the New Year in glamour with up-beat tunes. As the crowd dashed onto the boat, we made our way to the top deck to grab ourselves the best dancing spot. Sounding its horn the 300 capacity boat began its journey moving away from the pier and into the Thames river to the sound of cheers and dazzling lights.
Up stepped Pukka Up resident DJ to begin the 4-hour party; keeping true to the sound of Pukka Up he played a selection of upbeat electro, progressive house and popular remixes which perfectly suited the party vibe. With the whole deck bouncing, drink was flowing and the scenery passing us by was amazing. The DJ fascinated us with some boat party classics, to which everybody threw their hands up in the air and passionately joined in.
Once the party was over and the boat had docked, a still rather hyped up crowd were guided to Pacha's after party. With 2012 being referred to as 'the year of change' it was nice to see that Pukka Up are staying true to themselves and throwing parties which still very much represent the brand. Although they have come back this summer in elegance and with better party deals than before, the raw ingredient is still the same, which is probably why they are Ibiza's most popular boat party to date.
