Frank Ocean’s Cousin Sues Chris Brown For Club Brawl

There appears to be no end in sight to the January studio parking lot brawl that involved the two singers in Los Angeles, California. While Brown almost faced charges and a probation violation for the incident, he now faces a legal suit from Ocean’s cousin who was present during the brawl.
Sha’Keir Duarte claims that Chris Brown specifically instructed a bodyguard to harm him and that he is now permanently injured in the back as a result. He goes further to allege in the suit that a Brown associate and employee named ‘Hood’ was responsible.
Duarte's suit alleges that Brown urged his bodyguard, yelling, "Get that nigga," and later prodding him with, "You just got your ass beat, and it's all on camera."
The terms of Duarte's suit were not disclosed.
A representative from Brown's camp responded that the RCA Records star does not employ anybody known under the alias of Hood.
