Singaporean Sandwiches with Heart

Other | Monday 9th January 2017 | Cristina

The Singaporean-owned, strangely named Kopitiam Straits Time is a great way to spend your lunch if you’re knocking about east London way. The Singaporean restaurant owners wanted to feel at home in Whitechapel so they named their restaurant after Singaporean news outlet Straits Times and in the absence of a Singaporean chef, decided to serve a wide array of sandwiches and salads. Located on 66 Whitechapel High St, London E1 7PL, it’s got some great wasabi mayo.
