Sneak fires shots on social media, again...

House | Thursday 24th September 2015 | Arren

Once again DJ Sneak takes his observations to Twitter.

When it comes to the spirit of House music, few are as passionate than DJ Sneak. Yet again today the Chicago House Gangster has today been calling on other DJ’s for not staying true to genre. In the firing line today was the New York house legend Roger Sanchez. A post uploaded onto Sneak’s Instagram account showed Sanchez in 1995 and again in 2015 comparing the change in the DJ’s fashion.

It wasn’t long since Sneak argued similar claims about another legend in the New York house scene, Armand Van Helden where again digs were made his clothing. The implication here is that the pair have not stuck to their guns with house music and have cashed in on the EDM phenomenon, something that Sneak doesn’t approve of.

I'm just sayin!

Unlike Van Helden, Roger Sanchez took the high road, stating “I’m never gonna stay in 1 place my G- always gonna try something different!”. He then posted a similar post onto Instagram showing how Sneak’s fashioned changed with #RealHouseGangstaDontGiveA

Not backing down Sneak gives Sanchez the pet talk about staying true to yourself. Sanchez doesn’t take the bait and ended up making jokes with Sneak ending with the statement “if they aren’t laughing at u, ur dreams aren’t big enough”.

Roger Sanchez will be repping the New York house sound at Ministry of Sound on October 24th, maybe he’ll be wearing those shiny clothes.
