TRACK PREMIERE: DUZT - Space Cowboy (Marra Kesh Remix)

We've got the exlcusive on the Marra Kesh remix of 'Space Cowboy'.
This the first single from emerging electronic artist DUZT and has already hit #14 on the Music Week Urban Club Chart. Even though the sound palette of his music is inspired by The Weeknd, James Blake and Drake, the young singer/songwriter mixes future bass, electro and R&B with strong pop vocals, which demonstrates his songwriting skills.
DJ and producer Marra Kesh, whose portfolio includes work with Universal Music, Warner and Sony, as well as inclusions in the Top 20 of the International DJ Top 100 Charts, swaps the electro bassline for some rolling percussion, claps, and punchy flares. In deepening the bass and slowing the tempo, he's given 'Space Cowboy' a darker, more atmospheric spin.
Whilst his music speaks volumes, DUZT chooses to remain in the shadows. Representing the boundless sound of the current era, he blends elements from several genres, including pop, electronic, contemporary R&B and dubstep, to create a dynamic sound experience. Currently in the studio with his production team working on a debut album to follow ‘Space Cowboy’, clearly DUZT is only just getting started.
