The Faces of Topshop - Where Are They Now?

Other | Tuesday 29th July 2014 | Beth

It’s official, Cara Delevingne is the new face of Topshop AW 2014. And for the first time in Topshop history, the campaign features only one model. It’s hardly surprising – with her piercing eyes, perfect pout and world famous brows, Cara’s proved that she’s more than capable to do all the talking herself. Already an icon within the fashion and modelling industry at just 21 years old, Miss Delevingne will join a long list of faces shot to fame through the British highstreet shop. But where exactly are some of the most iconic Topshop faces today?

Kate Moss

Modelling since the age of 14 and releasing her first Topshop collections in 2007 and 2010, Kate Moss has long been a British household name. Well known for her tiny figure, chiselled cheekbones and party lifestyle, it’s difficult to imagine the modelling world without her, and at 40 she is still going strong, taking part in her first shoot as contributing fashion editor for Vogue in February 2014. With Cara Delevingne’s carefree attitude and party animal lifestyle, it’s no wonder Topshop chose her to follow in Moss’s footsteps.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Tipped to be “the next Kate Moss” by fashion experts in 2006, it’s no surprise Topshop chose this full lipped model to appear in their campaigns. Famous for her quintessential English Rose appearance, with her blonde hair and signature pout, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has become the face of not only Topshop, but also Hollywood, starring as the female lead in the third Transformers film. She’s also reportedly been dating Jason Statham since 2010 – lucky girl!

Jourdan Dunn

Scouted at just 15 after being spotted shopping in Primark, Jourdan Dunn was propelled to fame, becoming the first black model to walk the Prada runway in over a decade. Much like the faces of Topshop before her, she became a British icon overnight. She has not only just signed to model for Maybelline New York, but she currently hosts her own cooking show on Jay Z’s YouTube channel, as well as appearing in a couple of Beyonce’s music videos – talk about show biz!
